The coffee is grown under the shade of a newly created forest, as part of a disciplined reforestation program. Through the use of fertilizers, biofertilizers, bioinputs, and careful management of soil, water, and air, we have improved the conditions for coffee cultivation. We have rationalized existing coffee ecosystems and incorporated barren lands into new ecosystems that serve as environmental support for new coffee varieties.
We carefully select only the coffee fruits with an optimal degree of ripeness to produce our unique brand. Our blend consists of traditional Castillo and Colombia varieties, offering a truly exceptional and distinctive flavor experience.
The traditional Castillo variety contributes a robust body and balanced flavour, while the Colombia variety adds a smooth sweetness and fruity notes that will delight your palate.
In addition to these main varieties, we have included a selection of exceptional microlots in our product: Castillo Rosario, Yellow Bourbon, and CenicafeĢ Uno. These microlots, carefully cultivated under ideal conditions, showcase unique and distinctive flavour profiles.
Castillo Rosario unveils delicate notes of chocolate and nuts, Yellow Bourbon captivates with its floral aroma and citrus notes, while CenicafeĢ Uno impresses with its intensity and caramel undertones.
